Do I pay online?
No. You send a free request. Once the guide confirms, you pay them directly on the day, in cash or as you agree.
When do I get the guide's contacts?
As soon as the guide confirms your request, their phone, WhatsApp or Telegram appear in My trips.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time before the tour day from My trips. Please let the guide know as early as possible.
How are guides checked?
Our team reviews every profile: photo, description, tours and licence number if provided.
Who can write a review?
Only a traveller whose booking was confirmed, after the tour date.
